  • When you purchase anything from www.palisadepottery.com, you agree to hold Tim Wedel harmless from any loss, damage or injury due to any products purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased. All items offered on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Note: We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Returns on un-used pottery may be exchanged for other work within 30 days of original invoice date of purchase. Return postage is not refundable. Please contact us via e-mail for return authorization and shipping instructions. Work will be shipped out in 1-4 business days via Fedex ground or UPS ground, unless otherwise specified by the buyer. For an additional charge, your order can be expedited. International shipping will not be visible on the internet invoice, but will be charged. The international customer will be contacted for approval prior to shipping the merchandise. We reserve the right to adjust your on-line invoice based on final shipping costs incurred. For international customers, additional packing charges are necessary to ensure your orders arrive intact.
